ArcReach support is standard and lets compatible feeders or remotes adjust weld output without a separate control cord.
Direct 10-pin spool gun connection is listed for compatible Spoolmate and Spoolmatic spool guns.
Auto-Set provides process-specific pre-defined weld parameters for faster setup.
Advanced Auto-Speed varies engine speed from 1,800 to 3,600 rpm to match weld and battery-charge demand.
Optional Excel power provides 120 V pure sine auxiliary power at idle and while welding.
Wireless Interface Control is factory-installed on select packages and allows process selection, output adjustment, programs, and engine on/off control from the remote.
Battery charge/crank assist is optional on EFI models; Miller lists the 300422 charge/jump cables as a separate accessory.
The gas Trailblazer 330 is listed at 400 lb. without fuel and is rated at 100% duty cycle in both CC and CV modes.

Setup Notes

Practical checks before choosing accessories or support paths.

Confirm whether the machine is carbureted gas or EFI before choosing package-specific options.
The electric fuel pump is factory-installed on EFI models and is a field option for gas-engine operation above 5,000 ft.
Use the full KVA plug or adapter cord when powering 240 V equipment from the 120/240 V receptacle.
The 10-pin receptacle is the direct spool gun path for compatible Spoolmate and Spoolmatic guns.
RMD is called out for ArcReach models only when used with the ArcReach Smart Feeder.
If the machine has battery charge/crank assist, order or verify Miller 300422 charge/jump cables with plug.

Trailblazer 330 uses a Kohler CH730 twin-cylinder, four-cycle, overhead-valve, air-cooled industrial gas engine.
Trailblazer 330 EFI uses a Kohler ECH730 EFI gas engine.
The CH730 is listed at 23.5 hp at 3,600 rpm; the ECH730 is listed at 23 hp at 3,600 rpm.
Advanced Auto-Speed varies weld speed from 1,800 to 3,600 rpm; idle speed is listed at 2,400 rpm.
Fuel capacity is 11 gal. and oil capacity is listed at 1.4-1.6 qt.
Standard shutdown is low oil pressure. Miller recommends fuel stabilizer for gas engines used infrequently.
