Maxstar 210 DX CE Features

Version-specific notes from the Miller Maxstar 210 sheet.

CE model conforms to applicable IEC 60974 series standards noted by Miller.
DX controls add extended pulse ranges, sequencer controls, and waveform options.
Blue Lightning high-frequency starts and Lift-Arc are available on the Base/DX family.
Coolmate 1.3 must be powered through external 120 V facility power because the Maxstar 210 does not have CPS.
Power source includes adjustable shoulder strap, 8 ft. power cord with no plug, and two 50 mm Dinse-style connectors.

Air-Cooled Package Path

Use this when the customer wants a portable A-150 or A-200 TIG/stick setup.

Step 1: select the power source: STR 907682, Base 907683, DX 907684, or DX CE 907684001.
STR only: add 195196 No. 2 stick cable set, WP-17V-25-2 A-150V TIG torch, and 31-50-580 flow gauge argon regulator.
Base/DX/DX CE: choose one contractor kit: 301309, 301311, 301549, or 301550.
A-150 contractor kits use the Weldcraft A-150 / WP-17 path. A-200 contractor kits use the Weldcraft A-200 / WP-26 path.

Water-Cooled Package Path

For Base, DX, and DX CE package builds using Coolmate 1.3 and a W-250 or W-280 kit.

Select the power source: 907683 Base, 907684 DX, or 907684001 DX CE.
Select a cart: 300971 2-Wheel Trolley Cart or 301615 Small Runner Cart.
Select all: 301616 Coolmate 1.3, 301661 Maxstar mounting bracket, and 043810 coolant ordered in quantities of four.
Select one remote control, then select one torch kit: 300185 W-250 is recommended for the 210 model, or 300990 W-280.
Important: Miller notes the Maxstar 210 does not have CPS, so Coolmate 1.3 must be powered through external 120 V facility power.
