Miller MIG accessory lookup
Miller MIG Drive Roll Lookup
Start with the catalog section, then match wire diameter and wire type. Drive rolls are selected by feed setup, not by machine name alone.

Which Miller Drive-Roll Table Do You Need?
The Miller parts catalog separates small-machine drive-roll kits from larger 2-roll and 4-roll feeder systems. Pick the matching section first, then use the grouped table on that page.
Miller catalog section
Millermatic / Multimatic Drive Roll Kits
Use this page when the Miller catalog lists a drive-roll kit with two drive rolls and one inlet guide. This fits the smaller Millermatic and Multimatic-style drive-roll lookup path.
Use this page for larger Miller feeder setups where the catalog separates 2-roll kits, 4-roll kits, individual rolls, inlet guides, intermediate guides, and antiwear guides.
These machine paths help confirm which catalog section to open. Use them as routing shortcuts before ordering drive rolls or guides.
Machine path
Millermatic 211 Drive Roll Path
Older discontinued Millermatic 211 machines list Quick Select drive roll 261157 for .024 in. solid, .030/.035 in. solid, and .030/.035 in. flux-cored wire. The older data sheet also lists V-Knurled dual-groove drive roll 202926 for flux-cored wire.
Confirm the machine is the older 211, not 211 PRO.
Match wire diameter.
Use Quick Select 261157 for the listed solid and flux-cored sizes.
Use V-knurled 202926 where the data sheet calls for the flux-cored roll.
Current Millermatic 211 PRO packages list a Quick Select drive roll for .024 in. solid, .030/.035 in. solid, and .030/.035 in. flux-cored wire. If the installed drive roll is not the Quick Select style, match the wire diameter and wire type against the Miller table below.
For the Multimatic 220 AC/DC, choose the active process first. Use the MIG drive-roll table for wire-feed setup, the Spoolmate path for aluminum spool-gun setup, and the TIG torch path for TIG consumables.
Confirm MIG gun or spool gun.
Match wire diameter.
Use U-groove for aluminum feeder setup.
Use the spool-gun breakdown when the Spoolmate is installed.
Use this family table for Miller Millermatic and Multimatic feeder paths covered by the Miller accessory drive-roll listing. Confirm the exact machine, feeder style, and inlet guide before ordering.
Match the feeder style.
Use the kit number when replacing both drive rolls.
Use the individual part number when replacing a single roll.
Verify inlet guide number when wire feeding is inconsistent.
Use this table when the machine or feeder uses a 2-roll or 4-roll drive system. The 4-roll kit, intermediate guide, and antiwear guide matter on larger feeder setups.
Confirm 2-roll or 4-roll system.
Match wire type and wire diameter.
Check inlet and intermediate guide numbers.
Do not mix soft-wire U-groove and flux-cored V-knurled rolls.
