Process Notes

The Washington Alloy 6010 Electrode is a high-cellulose sodium rod designed for deep penetration, fast-freezing weld puddles, and excellent arc force. Conforming to AWS A5.1 E6010 specifications, this electrode is widely used in pipeline, structural steel, and maintenance welding where root passes and sound penetration are critical.
